Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Large or custom order may take a little longer. Items are shipped UPS unless another method is requested. Tile murals are double boxed to prevent damage during shipping and shipping insurance is included in the shipping price. Please notify us within 3 business days if you receive a tile that is damaged.

Returns:

Any manufacturing defects will be corrected if we are notified within 3 days of delivery. Custom items cannot be returned. All other items may be returned within 3 days of delivery and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items will be returned at your expense and must be in original condition. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
